Our office is located approximately 20 minutes by car from Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City.
Our factory is located approximately 90 minutes by car from the center of Ho Chi Minh City. Factory tours are also available upon request.
We continuously invest in both human resources and technology development to create new exhaust gas treatment systems. Based on numerous proprietary patented technologies, we continue to develop more effective and efficient treatment equipment to meet evolving environmental needs.
We provide detailed consulting services tailored to each customer’s specific conditions, with direct involvement from our engineering team. Based on our extensive experience and past project cases, we create practical proposals for suitable equipment and system configurations.
As part of the design process, our engineering team develops detailed system plans for customer review and confirmation. We utilize CAD systems across all offices, enabling us to provide highly accurate and visually optimized designs within a short timeframe.
For custom-made production based on various operating conditions, we create detailed drawings specifying component sizes and system requirements. By integrating CAD networks between our offices and factories, we have established a seamless design-to-manufacturing system that helps reduce lead times and costs.
We manufacture exhaust gas treatment systems, deodorization systems, fans, pumps, and tanks using highly corrosion-resistant materials such as PVC and FRP. While maintaining flexibility for custom production, products such as fans are also standardized through production lines utilizing automatic lathes and NC control systems to shorten delivery times.
What we provide is stable, long-lasting quality designed for continuous operation over 10 to 20 years. Through automation and standardization using FA (Factory Automation), we maintain strict quality control and have obtained ISO 9001 certification.
Our construction team takes full responsibility for transporting completed products, carrying out on-site installation, and handling electrical wiring work. We also conduct trial operation and performance testing to ensure the equipment operates in optimal condition before handover.
Our specialized staff respond quickly to maintenance requests such as troubleshooting, repairs, and replacement parts. We also provide regular inspection and maintenance services to support stable long-term operation.
Exhaust gas treatment equipment should not be evaluated based only on appearance or initial cost.
We propose systems that truly function in real production environments, considering even the operational burden after installation.
By selecting equipment based on each factory’s exhaust conditions, we aim to create systems that help prevent issues after installation, such as “odors not being fully removed” or “mist still being generated during operation”.
Choosing equipment based only on price or appearance can later result in insufficient performance or specification mismatches. To minimize future modifications and replacement risks, we carefully review all conditions from the equipment selection stage.
With the advantage of having our own factory, we can flexibly support short delivery times and custom-made manufacturing tailored to individual requirements. Japanese engineers are also stationed locally, enabling detailed equipment design based on each factory’s operating conditions.
Equipment problems can affect the entire production line. That is why we provide fast local maintenance support in Vietnam and maintain a reliable support system to ensure peace of mind even after installation.
