Acid gases and mist generated during the metal surface treatment process had become a major challenge for the factory’s exhaust environment. After reviewing the exhaust gas characteristics and operating conditions, KYOWA KAKO VIETNAM redesigned the exhaust gas treatment system centered around scrubber technology. This upgrade achieved more stable exhaust gas treatment performance and improved the working environment within the factory.
Odors and exhaust gases generated from chemical processing operations could not be adequately treated by the existing system. Based on the gas type and concentration, the equipment configuration was reviewed and the exhaust gas treatment system was upgraded. As a result, the factory’s exhaust environment was improved and stable operation was achieved.
Odors generated during the waste treatment process had become an issue affecting the surrounding environment. The deodorization system was redesigned according to the facility’s exhaust conditions, and a new treatment system was introduced. This resulted in reduced odors and more stable facility operation.
